  • Neck and Shoulder Stretch: Tilt your head to one side to stretch your neck, bringing the ear closer to the shoulder. Hold for a few seconds, then switch sides. Rotate your shoulders forward and backward to relieve any tension.

4. Add Balance to Your Routine

  • If you feel stable, try balancing on one leg while brushing. This will activate your core and improve your balance. Alternate legs midway through your brushing session.

5. Finish Up

  • Once you’ve completed your brushing and stretches, rinse your mouth with water. You can also take a relaxing walk around the airport area or enjoy a view of the Cox's Bazar beach, taking in the coastal beauty.
