1. Start at Bahucharaji Mandir (બહુચરાજી મંદિર) Standing Forward Bend (Uttanasana) with Teeth Brushing: Begin by standing straight. While brushing your teeth, bend forward from your hips, keeping your spine long. Let your head hang down, and try to touch your toes. This will stretch your hamstrings and relieve tension in your back. Hold this position as you mentally prepare to walk to the next location. 2. Walk to Jayswal Kirana Store (જયસ્વાલ કિરણા સ્ટોર) Leg Swings: As you walk, you can do gentle leg swings by holding onto a stable surface or doing it while walking. Swing one leg forward and back, and repeat with the other leg. This will help in stretching your hip flexors and improve your balance. Keep brushing your teeth during this walk, focusing on cleaning all quadrants of your mouth. 3. Arrive at Jayswal Kirana Store (જયસ્વાલ કિરણા સ્ટોર) Side Stretch: Pause outside the store and do a side stretch. Lift one arm overhead and stretch to the opposite side. Hold for a few seconds, then switch sides. This stretch will help open up your side body and stretch your intercostal muscles. 4. Walk to HP Petrol Pump - Shivshakti Petroleum, Langhnaj (એચપી પેટ્રોલ પંપ - શિવશક્તિ પેટ્રોલીયમ, લાંધણજ) Walking Lunges: While walking to the petrol pump, perform walking lunges. Step one foot forward and lower your hips until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle. Push back up and bring your back leg forward to repeat on the other side. Continue brushing your teeth, paying attention to your breath and posture. 5. Finish at HP Petrol Pump - Shivshakti Petroleum, Langhnaj (એચપી પેટ્રોલ પંપ - શિવશક્તિ પેટ્રોલીયમ, લાંધણજ) Standing Quad Stretch: Once you arrive, hold onto something stable, bend one knee, and grab your ankle to pull your foot towards your glutes. This stretch targets your quads. Complete your teeth-brushing routine while holding this stretch, and switch legs.
