  1. Start at Ulta Pulta Museum (उल्टा पुल्टा म्यूज़ियम):
    Begin your journey with a light walk through the museum grounds. As you brush your teeth, perform neck stretches by gently tilting your head to the left and right. Add some dynamic movement by slowly nodding your head up and down. This will warm up your neck muscles and improve your posture.
  2. Proceed to Vishal Mega Mart (विशाल मेगा मार्ट):
    While walking through the bustling market, do arm circles to warm up your shoulders. Hold the toothbrush in one hand, and start by extending your arm to the side and making slow, controlled circles. After a few seconds, switch directions. To deepen the stretch, alternate between forward and backward shoulder rolls, keeping your core engaged.

  8. Thana (ठाणा):
    When you reach Thana, it’s a great time to practice side lunges. Step to the left with your left leg and bend your knee, keeping your right leg straight.
