Here’s how to kick off the race: Hip Flexor Stretch: As soon as you start brushing, step forward into a lunge position and stretch your hip flexors. Do this for 30 seconds on each side. Neck Stretch: Tilt your head from side to side to stretch your neck muscles for another 30 seconds. Once these stretches are completed, contestants move to the next location. Checkpoint 1: Jinnah Airport Mini Garden (جناح ایئرپورٹ منی گارڈن) At the Mini Garden, contestants stop for a quick stretch routine while continuing to brush their teeth. The required stretches are: Quadriceps Stretch: Hold your foot behind you to stretch your quadriceps for 20 seconds on each side. Side Stretches: Reach one arm overhead and stretch to the side, alternating between left and right. After completing the stretches, contestants proceed to the next point. Checkpoint 2: New Quetta Agha Hotel (نئیو کوئٹہ آغا ہوٹل) At New Quetta Agha Hotel, the contestants take a quick water break and continue their brushing routine with: Calf Raises: Stand on your toes and lower back down slowly while brushing, repeating for 1 minute. Arm Stretches: Extend your arm across your chest and hold for 20 seconds on each side, brushing throughout. Contestants can grab a small snack here if needed before heading to the next checkpoint. Checkpoint 3: Chota Gate Bus Stop (چھوٹا گیٹ بس اسٹاپ) At Chota Gate Bus Stop, contestants must stop to brush their teeth and stretch once again. Forward Fold: Bend forward at the waist, keeping your legs straight, and stretch your hamstrings for 30 seconds. Shoulder Rolls: Roll your shoulders forward and backward for 1 minute to relieve tension. Once these stretches are completed, contestants move to the final destination. Finish Line: Rahimia Institute Of Quranic Sciences Karachi Campus (رحیمیہ انسٹی ٹیوٹ آف قرآنک سائنسز کراچی کیمپس) The race concludes at the Rahimia Institute of Quranic Sciences Karachi Campus. To finish the race, contestants must perform the final stretch while brushing: Standing Side Twists: Stand tall and twist your torso from side to side for 1 minute. Toe Touch Stretch: Reach down to touch your toes and hold for 30 seconds to complete the race. Race Rules: Continuous Brushing: Contestants must keep brushing their teeth throughout the entire race, from start to finish. Mandatory Stretches: At each checkpoint, contestants must perform the specified stretches before moving to the next location. Timing: The winner is the first contestant to reach the Rahimia Institute and complete all the stretches. Hydration Stops: Water can be consumed at the New Quetta Agha Hotel, but the brushing and stretches must not stop for more than 2 minutes.
